As for the other items, if you have the storage space on your property for it, it would make sense to save it for future properties if they are in good shape or can be restored to good shape.

I tune into one of them every morning when I get home from the gym.Hopefully now that Obama will soon be out, we can get back to restoring relations [with Israel mainly] but also around the world and put an end to the failing liberal/socialistic agenda.

The Windows are double hung and I am taking it upon myself to restore each window to working condition which basically just entails removing a lot of paint and cleaning all the hardware.
