Rehabbing items that can be saved, like doors, toilet, sinks etc

The rehabbing we're doing right now has quite a few things that are in great shape  and we'd like to save for future use like toilets, heavy wood front doors, some appliances, shed full of tiles, etc. I believe that some of these can come on handy for replacement on buy and holds when renting it. As an investor would you rent a storage space to keep stuff like that or just get rid of it and not waste the money on storage rental? I also think I can put a big shed in my yard and store it in it.

Thanks for any input.

It works for appliances and water heaters maybe, but I always find that saving things like flooring and doors isn't worth it. Things don't match, or aren't the right size, or end up taking more time to install due to missing parts, etc. I love the idea of saving lots of materials, but in the end I feel like I just spend too much time and it's not worth it.
