I called the ss office about it, but was unable to reach anyone.

We then reach out to those contractors and onboard them like any other contractor - so we ensure insurance is up to date, workers comp in place, licensed etc.  

Here is an example there is a mls listing went expired no one bought it I reached out to the owner and at the moment they want to sell at the price I gave them that’s a off market deal so should I call the realtor that couldn’t find a seller and have him NOW help me out on the deal where they couldn’t before?

@Tom OchiengI would reach out to a real estate attorney for specific advice on this situation since you already have one tenant who is being difficult.On a side note, when I have inherited tenants, I have been most successful when I have provided longer non-renewal notices, like 60-90 days, and offered to assist with moving costs.
