Hope you have extra folding chairs.We are on a special diet called Keto, so we can only eat healthy high fat foods, avocados, fresh farm eggs, grass fed beef etc. no carbs, nothing high in sugar like fruit, or anything processed.

Note that most of these homes have anything to do with LEED, but if they did they would all likely be LEED Platinum.I've been watching the progress and all of these houses sell (except for one developer who went nuts on both design and pricing, but that's a different story).

We'll whoever installed it used a hot water heater instead of a boiler for the heat, most likely to save money on the unit.Quotes I'm getting are between $7,500 - $10k to replace the whole system with a combi unit and done correctly - which is a massive nut for something I thought I had a solid 10-15 years before having to replace.
