Schmidt's babies are increase internet regulations with net-neutrality (doing away with the first amendment) and the pro-global warming scam, but I digress.The topic is economic collapse, and it will because of the growing unfunded liabilities now at $100 trillion and $18 trillion /yr operating debt, & growing every year, and a collapse in the economy will not be as a result of advances in technology.

It is in standard sizes like 1x4 so it has a pretty neutral look and traditional but it is quite tough, you don't have to paint it, and it you can wipe it off easily.

My tenant is asking me to change to 3 prong so she could readily plug in things without having to use a 3 to 2 prong adapters.I am ok with changing to 3 prong outlets but I am thinking about it and if there is only a hot and neutral in the wall is it a good idea to change to 3 prong?

Jennifer Lee I'd say if you can't afford to stage a house completely, so that it has enough furnishings and decor to spark the imagination of the buyer envisioning living there, then focus on staging the bathroom and kitchen simply but of a quality befitting the potential home buyer, and make sure the house is painted in a neutral colors (that doesn't mean everything has to be builder beige!)
