When global interest rates followed T-Bills on a fast upward trajectory, these countries defaulted on their debts.In today's global economy, when a country like Greece even sneezing in the general direction of a default can cause money institutions to panic, it makes me wonder how these same institutions would react to an interest-rate-related cascade failure due to interest rate hikes.

I called in my parents house today and they know nothing of my learning about property investing.Any how they happened to mention that a neighbour of theirs has said he is going to sell his house as he is sturggling to pay his mortgage since his partner has left him!

Trump has stated he likes a weeker dollar.I don't agree with many of the posts above....here is Kiyosaki's perspective...Greece had a huge financial crisis last year - people couldn't even get money out of the bank.India in the last couple of months has tried to get away from paper money.

Having the neighbour remedy the situation should not be necessary nor should moving the shed unless forced to do so by the buildings department.
