@Scott Trench & @Rene Hosman Have you considered implementing ways to verify identities of those who can post in the forums and perhaps even require full names?

You may have to put the deed into your own name.

Since your condo prohibits LLC ownership, you can manage rent and expenses through the LLC while keeping the property in your name.

Buyer rents it to a dead beat, pockets the cash, doesn't pay the mortgage and boom the foreclosure goes on your name.

It isn't meant to be a long process.You may be able to do a lease option instead, that allows them to find a property but that does not transfer title to your name.
