The only reference I have is for my duplex and triplex properties in CO; sewage, water, garbage and share common area fees paid by me; tenant pays gas and electric.  

We don't have the dimensions, know where any electric or gas lines are, if there is an exhaust fan, etc.

For example, even in this post you mention that there are two meters -- do you mean electric or gas?

I am also wondering about the electric and gas numbers.

Does the rental contract determine if the Water, Sewer, Garbage bills   will be paid by the tenant?
