Multitudes of people have bought into our tax sales only to find they can never gain ownership of the property. 

As soon as they were caught up on rent, they were late once again with a multitude of excuses.

There is room for a multitude of uses, and I'm sure if planned wisely I could profit personally, and at the same time help the local economy, and people of all social classes.  

It works for them too, if they're looking to buy or move when the lease is up they will have more to choose from in the summer.And one final thing - snow covers a multitude of sins.  

For instance I can buy property all over the mid west for no money down or purchase properties at 20 to 50% under ARV any day of the week in any multitudes of towns using the knowledge that I have.But I could not take that same knowledge and roll into San Francisco and replicate what I can do in the mid west.

Hi @Tommy Mosley,I'm not really convinced that is a great idea for a multitude of reasons that others will be coming along shortly to chime in about.However, to the extent that you'd like to ignore the advice that other posters will be soon offering, it's going to take a while before she can do a cash out refinance on a property that she does not currently own:Do you see how messy this is about to become if you go down that route?

Keep in mind that financing further investments is multitudes more difficult once you are "self-employed" - i.e., living off the rentals. 

There are a multitude of ways to buy a house other than seller financing. 

If I can get the VA loan through a multitude of different local vendors as well as national ones, I would much rather go local.

I realize there are multitudes of distressed golf courses but only 1 on Amelia Island.The deal is dead for me.
