😁 my suggestion is to get immersed in the podcasts and webinars.

Let's see if we can beat y'alls record ;)Pretty much what everyone else said, get into the forums, post questions if you find something you're curious about, attend meetups and immerse yourself in it.

Needless to say I immersed myself in podcasts, books, networking, etc. for the next 6 months and began searching for deals.

BP, I'm looking for educational material and advise on how to immerse myself in REI.

I’m even finding many of the young wholesalers/investors deciding to work full time with me to learn and be immersed in these properties they want to own someday.

I have immersed myself in this world  of real estate as soon as I found it at 29 years old and my career as an airline pilot was in jeopardy I have been able to achieve quite a bit of success by learning to stay focused on my goals and taking massive action towards that.

Here are the criteria: -I will not start investing until I've been mentored and immersed in the business for at least a year -- so I am OK with it being tied up for at least a year.
