And you're lucky they didn't cause a sidewalk to be covered in a sheet of ice when that hose was used.The use of the exterior faucet AKA hose bibb when temperatures are freezing is something to be prohibited in the lease, so be sure to add this somehow.

Being I didn't do that, and instead drove slow through he ice we're getting pelted with and then cooked some supper; I thought for sure any lead would be long cold (other agents in my market are starting to wise up...).
