Would that be so horrible?

There were a couple of minor communications issues, but nothing that we would say was horrible or not worth doing business with.

The property is in good shape and I have no doubt we can fill it up next year under new management but the year turn around time will mean the cash on cash return is horrible for the next 12 months. 

However, its a personal preference and if you'd feel better paying off your mortgage to decrease your debt so you sleep better at night thats not necessarily a horrible move.

Credit is not horrible but weak.

The result is people missed opportunities and made horrible mistakes, such as selling all their stocks at the bottom of the market or leaving a flip half done and walking away.
