Buying and selling homes no credit needed

Hi everyone,

I would like to first say thank you for having me here. I started this topic because i feel like it is something that many people are asking all around the world. How can a person sell homes if there credit just isn't good. Now some might say fix it, but i think there are some who will agree with me here. I went through a horrible relationship and in my divorce, my creditt was shot to heck. It also takes a lot of work, and a long time to get your credit fixed back up. So here we are. We want to buy homes, sell homes, and want  to know what our options might be.

1. Can we sell homes that are on land contract?

2. Is it true you can sell homes with no money out of pocket what so ever?

3. Do you have to have a license to sell homes?

4. Can you sell homes as a reseller, with no strings attached?

I know i might have some silly questions, but these are questions i have searched for, and yet got a answer for. Any advice would be great! Thanks everyone
