If you buy homes that are 6 bed/bath and larger, you start tapping into all the normal, non-vacation travel such as reunions, business travel and meetings, celebrations, holidays, weddings, etc. 

Right now I do have a problem with studying after a long day of do home repairs, but after a few more weeks of good earning (there was almost no work for me for about 10 weeks it's like that nearly every year over the holidays.  

Tony and his friend Bill Swift have periodically hosted an REIA at the Holiday Inn and attract some great speakers.

I read Brandon Turner’s book on Rental Property investing as well.I also stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last year.That’s about it.

That would work since I would only be able to go for spring break and over the Christmas holiday.

If they get me 100% of their information on or by 11:59:59 PM on March 15, I will file their tax return by April 15 (or whatever variant due to weekends/holidays).
