It shields you and your assets, but becomes more documents, corporate meetings, contracts between your property and your management company, etc.

It's a big corporation that over-charges, and it won't affect me.

Lawyers still have to think about the return on their effort which is why rich people get sued, not penniless people.I see others that are planning to do things that pierce the corporate veil.  

I think >50% chance US will be in mild recession in 6-10 months, as Germany/UK/Canada/New Zealand/Ireland/Finland already in recession due to they have 3-5 yr variable/adjustable mortgages and corporates also do short term debt, so their central bank Hikes hit them faster than US.

If you are this close to the border or cost you need to purchase through a corporation or through a bank trust (Fideicomiso - Think of this trust to be similar to an inheritance trust or a living family trust in the US.)At all times you are the legal owner of the property, the best way to see it is as a permit or license that allows you to purchase, use, enjoy, rent, renovate, inherit, etc. a property in this zone.

We use our cash for buy & holds & have a portfolio of 32 doors : a few multi family, one corporate rental, 2 short term rentals & the rest are SFH's 

I'm looking for information on why larger corporations(in spaces outside real estate investing) buy real estate.
