We get some folks have hardships due to the virus.

Hello everyone, I’ve been receiving a lot of calls and messages about lenders backing out on them at the last minute due to the corona virus.

For those of you who wholesale real estate, how has the corona virus impacted wholesalers?

I appreciate the suggestion to wait a few more months to see what happens... that may be what we do, but based on my research into the virus & our country's continued lack of testing, I'm not that hopeful for a rebound before the summer. 

If the tenant says "no you can't come because you might be spreading the virus" am I forced to oblige?

There is no state in the country where you don't have to pay rent during this virus. 

Even if it was ready I'm not sure I'd be showing it due to virus concerns, what's going on in the job market and the rent freeze/moratorium government guidance here.It seems like deals are still happening from what I'm reading on forums and hearing from some agents, just curious how others are navigating the current market with these constraints.

I will try to be as clear and concise as possible in explaining my situation and perceived options, as well as my personal knowledge about SARS-COV2 and how it may impact our society and real estate markets.Current Status: I left San Francisco in early March the night before shelter in place was announced, to ride out the virus back in Minnesota with my family, I also have two properties here in MN  (a single family home and a 4 plex** Info below). 

Payment being a nice dinner out (gift card to Olive Garden or wherever) after this Virus thing is over and $X for a few hours work.Good Luck!
