I own all of the buildings except two (a 6- unit building and a 2-flat). 

It bridges to my phone and all I get on my real phone is the sellers real phhone number so you are flat footed talking.

No stock screenings, no work, set it and forget it, exposure to a broad range of good companies and different sectors of economy. 

Tells prospective guests too that if they plan on having a loud drunken party, our house is NOT the place to do it, so it works as a screening tool.
