Since your experience is low i'd definitely enlist the help of trusted advisers.    

You'll find that the SE side of town and Fountain (areas closest to the bases) are where most of your lower enlisted ranks live (if living off base), while the Powers corridor and Nortgate have most of your officers/contractors.

Lots of tent living in a part of the world where most would not want to go.I keep forgetting that I can't use the same language that was used when I enlisted back in 1980 - things like 'embrace the suck' and 'FUBAR' don't play well to a wider audience.
