No use selling a diamond to buy a few underperformers.

There are at least 3 that I can think of, a Black Diamond one in Worcester that meets at Leo's restaurant, one that meets in Framingham at a Greek restaurant and one that meets in Newton Center. 

I'd say my key was a very very good realtor who knew about investments himself, he truly helped us find the diamond in the rough.

She laid out a 23x12 kitchen with a 7x4 island that we literally built from Diamond brand cabinets from Lowes.

@Julie Boston Have you tried driving for dollars or other online sites to find potential diamonds in the rough?

@Derek Diamond I know exactly what you mean I think I’m going to try and do it in years like I’m on episode 45 , 5 more I’ll be on year 2014 , I’ll take a  break go over my notes and then start fresh with the 2014 , I’m on good track , I listen to like 4 or 5 a day , it makes it alittle easier because I’m a truck driver and it makes my trips go by so much faster . 

It's usually something smaller, jewelry specifically, rings, earrings, that sort of thing.
