From building a 2 story garage addon to our house (which i have done with only 1 other person.. from the framing to the roofing to the siding to interior), electrical, to computer programming, mechanics (building a 550hp street/strip car right now from the ground up knowing the in-and-outs of every aspect. give me a broken car and i will diagnose and fix it on my own), to multiple investing avenues.

I told my buds that one was a big hitter for (large, Houston based computer company) and the other was a software designer for (big, Houston based software company) and while both had excellent taste in homes and cars neither knew jack about handling money.My buddy said; "well, you may be a slumlord, but at least your slums are on golf courses".

It was written by a real estate agent that said he would post everywhere he could for hours on end to drive traffic to his website.I find that after I put my kids to bed, I head up to my computer (around 9pm) and I don't get off it until after midnight (in fact, this post is at 12:11am).

Some real estate agents might produce summary documents (beyond just an MLS listing report).Lets exchange ideas and more importantly specific examples so that we can see what is the best of breed.After I get on the other computer I will work up an example of the REAP output.
