If I had to meet the customer to provide them with headsets it would defeat the purpose, in most cases it would be easier to just meet them at the actual property instead.

To pay 61k defeats the purpose of utilizing a VA home loan and in this instance it would make more sense to follow through with a Conventional or FHA.

Seems like it defeats the purpose of an appraisal if they are only going to come in at asking price.I was also wondering what "Cost Approach" was on the appraisal and the difference between that and the "Sales Comparison Approach" and "Income Approach".Thanks for helping the un-educated become more educated :)
