My two cents: if you know what your strengths and weaknesses are, then as a good businessman consider concentrating on your strengths and build a team around your weaknesses.

I think there my be more of a concentration of information in those groups to help you if you are interested in looking into tiny houses.

If you would have just said, we tried the Airbnb and have decided it was too management intensive for us and we are going to concentrate on our long term multi-family properties, I would have got that but that is not what your post said.

I however do not recommend method due to them being much weaker than stronger more heavy concentrate products such as TNT and clorox wipes. 

But most of the stuff you can learn from youtube and the right amount of concentration/practice, and there's stuff I enjoy like anything related to woodwork/carpentry. 

But we now hold it contract-fo-deed for a lot more @ 15% & the client is rehabbing it as the units become vacant.We concentrate on that lower median price range so that it's easier to flip & hold the financing while mkt rents still give them enough of a $$$/door incentive.

I suggest first identifying where you want to live, do a Zillow search for duplex and your price range, see where there are concentrations of duplexes and if that can overlap with where you want to live.
