Don't close CC accounts, keep them active and paid off.  

I have been told that CC is not a good way to do rent.

The general idea is to feel comfortable buying cheap properties in B-, C+, C neighborhoods that are going for dirt cheap, yet still rent for higher values.

If i could get 80% of the ARV financed that's $68k - $25( total of $10k cc with financing) leaves $43k to build out 900 sqft.....

There's probably no multifamily in CC nice enough that I'd want to buy it at "1% rule."

This is basically making you a CC to all the policy changes.

It intrigued us enough to use the remaining balance on our CC to attend this class.
