All very true      Let's face it to some real estate agents are just nonresponsive and lazy     Although my biggest beef is because the house was not priced correctly and it begin setting      In my opinion that is the most important thing a realtor does as a selling agent     The longer the house sits the less you're more than likely going to get

Don't assume it'll always be the credit unions that come out on top, they switch back and forth depending on which depository institution needs to beef up their "assets" column in a given month or quarter.... next month it'll be the local banks that come out on top, and then in six months the big box banks, and a year from now the credit unions will be back on top, etc.If someone only has the energy to aggressively shop for half of their mortgages, the HELOC half will be the best bang for your buck hands down.

CO is actually a byproduct of combustion and is odorless (hence one of the reasons it's so dangerous) and that's what the detector is for, because one can unknowingly breath too much and it can be fatal.

Burning any kind of hydrocarbon is going to create byproducts that need to be vented (well, there are "clean" burning natural gas inside units, but anyway).

The house I'm closing on today got appraised within 1.5k of its taxable value (county assessor) and about 9% higher than what I'm paying for it, so not much beef there.
