I’m currently developing a 224 unit condo project close to Sao Paulo International airport, and a downtown renovation project converting a 80,000sf+ empty building into 201 affordable units.Personal goal: I’m interested in diversifying my portfolio in the US (and learn about it) and building a long term relationships along the way.

I have been number 27 at ATL   and taken 30 to 40 minutes to taxi to the gate.. we we are very very good airport to come into and out of .

Last the plans for the Airport expansion and it's economic fuel will drive the city's ability to grow.

Boeing  787 being built at the Charleston airport Boeing has optioned 1000's of acres around the airport.. 787 battery problems fixed they have gone from delivering 2 a month to 5 a month and with the gas efficiency and the cabin pressurized to 4k feet this is a plane that has a good 20 year run.3.

I bought a property in Atlanta very close to the airport some of which boarder I-85 .

I have a question for the Miami people here :)Everybody knows that the NW area is one of the cheapest, I'm talking north of Flagler, east of the airport.

The zoo & airport are indicators that the community is drawing in visitors & residents from outside the area.  

New airport opened, relatively new DT arena with development going on near it, new fitness center (HUGE)  -- so lots going for it.
