I'm in northern Indiana and had a very efficient heat pump/central AC unit and when the outside temp got below about 40 degrees I had to use my forced air furnace as backup because the heat pump couldn't extract very much heat from the outside air to bring inside temp up and keep it comfortable.

If have these questions you need to be airing them. 

Maybe a phone to the guest will help clear the air so you don't have to cancel and incur fees?

And for brand value I'd argue there is no "nike" of PMc, so many can fluff the feathers and cluck how great there brand value is but I say show me the client stream coming purely from brand, I call BS to that "cluck", and say it's open air and opportunity for any to create brand value in a market and take market share where there is any lacking options in PMc quality or availability. 

I even hear when T-Swift was here last year, all the AIR BNB skyrocketed.

Brandon is an exception to this, but so many of them have this air about them that feels like not only do they go on and on about how they got there, but they somehow look down on the people who can't also go zero to hero at some fast speed, which really isn't fair at all.
