We've been consistent with our out-of-state absentee owner and probate mailings, but our phones don't ring like they did back when we were active with the bandit signs.We've tried the following to supplement our mailing campaigns:- Calling landlords from the local newspaper- Calling FSBO's from Zillow- Paying a VA to send "are you interested in selling" messages to landlords posting their properties on "house-for-rent" websites- "Driving for dollars"...and a few other things that I can't think of at the moment.I don't know if it's the seller's market we're still in in this area or what, but we're having a challenge right now getting leads coming in.  

They keep telling me there isn't one when they post the list in the newspaper for the property tax sales.  

best $10 I have ever spent.I have done tv ads, radio, print (magazines as well as newspaper) facebook ads with targeted ads (2nd best place to spend marketing dollars) use facebook power editor and know the demographics your aiming for...  

I frequently check local newspapers; however, they are not as helpful as I initially intended.

I sell them cheaper than any realtor sells them for on the MLS and cheaper than someone can find in the newspaper or cheap classifieds, and most importantly cheaper than other wholesalers.
