Delinquent Property Tax Roll list from Davidson County, TN

I have been having a devil of a time trying to get a list of delinquent property taxes from Davidson County, TN.  They keep telling me there isn't one when they post the list in the newspaper for the property tax sales.  Has anyone been able to pull a list from Davidson County, TN?  And, if so, what magical means did you use to get it.
