I understand the main SEO keywords and phrases, like "we buy houses" and "sell my house", but what are some of the keywords outside of the cliché phrases that you guys have found work pretty well?

Hello BiggerPockets, I have a Dilemma I would love to get some input on.I purchased a screaming deal in June of 2017.All in with rehab, the cost was $75k (including furnishings).It has been on Airbnb for nearly 2 years now.After all expenses including management the property effortlessly nets around $3k/month consistently (according to my Trailing 20) which is in the 45%+ cap rate range.It is a condo that has proven nearly impossible to (re)finance (due to mostly investor ownership in the community).Now it has a market value of roughly $150k+.

This to me seems like the best opportunity because effortless income with "appreciation" because of the multiplier payout in the end.

I have experience in building my own WordPress websites and have some skills in SEO ( I have been able to get my websites ranked #1 for their keywords).

My wife and I are both in the travel business - She is an agent and I own a travel marketing company that does SEO for 7000 Marriot hotels.

This caused me to do it my way.. started a website, learned SEO and now the gods granted me immortality.All thanks to those STUPID yellow letters!

My honest opinion...Pick something that could look like something that fits for a very successful and known brand.. and just work your butt off on SEO and you will do fine.

So it is just about finding buyers.Now..If you are asking me how to wholesale to generate wealth.. meaning doing it over and over and ovahhh again...step 1:Get a lead generating website.step 2:Read on SEO, and read on  DMMstep 3:Understand site credibility.Once your site is credible and you have SEO done right.. this will happen...THIS will be your bread and butter.

Use things that are turnkey and cost effective: $125/mo is my website, email server, loan application, document portal, calendar scheduling app, all the little pretty bells and whistles that consumers expect you to have, and then you gotta read a book a year ($25/yr) on SEO since that is always changing. $60/mo is the loan origination software. $60/mo is the interest rate comparison software that pulls rates from hundreds of lenders. 

You could try cold calling, text messages, RVM, SEO etc.
