My Story...I am an Irish - French Canadian immigrant son from Arlington, MA, Mom from So Weymouth, Dad from inner city Irish Dorchester.He used to tell me of the Irish gangs in the 40s and and 50s, before it is now.He showed me a photo, black and white, on a bar NO DOGS OR IRISH ALLOWED.He broke out of that by getting to med school. 

Include the new Dell medical center and med school located right on the border of East Austin and you will see an area that has tremendous growth potential for doctors, nurses and other support staff that don't want to face the traffic.

The "confusion" and "on meds, off meds" assumes its a single seller.

Seeing if anyone knew stats or an estimate for building an assisted living facility about 300 units with meds and meals would cost.I am figuring 100,000 per unit.Thoughts appreciated.I am in Georgia so I know other areas land and construction material is more expensive.

I am doing a career change (finished a pre-med degree 2 years ago) into software development, and should be done with my second bachelor's in the field in December 2018.

The new med school is next to the popular UNLV Dental School, too - with even more grad students looking for nice,  student housing!

He took off frequently to go to the doctor and got on a pain med prescription.

Federal funding for med shop busts has been cut, so city ordinances are what you really need to worry about.

A Lot of med students, residency doctors and RN's love Point Breeze due to its accessibility to Upenn, Drexel, Jefferson, etc..
