Gotta watch who ya snag for a partner, it's easy to be had, now, I might suggest you consider an older partner who is more experienced that can carry on in a partnership arrangement based on a true meeting of the minds and loyalty with benefits for both, you just wouldn't have those games ;-))

My monthly print-and-ink marketing pieces currently go out to nearly ten thousand probate legal professionals.I've found that I don't happen to find working with agents satisfying or very profitable (hey, I've got a brokers license, too) as they have no clue about loyalty, invest the absolute minimum in their education and typically over-value their role in the deal equation.

Loyalty is a two way street.2 - You don't know the selling agent...they could be hard to deal with, uncommunicative, etc.
