I have just read an article by Joshua about REOs and in it his last point is'Note that lenders and banks do not like holding REOs on the books, and try to get rid of these as quickly as possible.'

Thanks Joshua,the property is in tonawanda ny(57 fletcher 14150).It took a little over a month to rent both sides out.one side is a 1 bedroom rents for 300 other side is a 2 bedroom rents for 500.rents are actually a little low but i didnt have to do too much to the property and had them rented quick.once these tenants leave ill do a little more work and raise each by 75.take care
