How do I get Section 8 tenants?

After I build up enough cash from wholesaling to purchase a few rentals, I would like to rent to Section 8 tenants. I have a question. After advertising you property, how else can I get the attention of section 8 tenants? Is there anyway I can get in contact with the actual case workers? How can I get in contact with my local section 8 office?
