Tyler Minkel Dealing with new tenants after moving in
7 October 2019 | 9 replies
Based on the timing, they may have waited until now to do this because they knew the seller wouldn't put up with it.Especially considering that it's an inherited tenant (and it's day four, and they're already dodging your calls), I wouldn't be too ready to accept any tale of woe they may tell you.

I used to fund a pretty big buyer in the Orlando market.. and his wholesaler was a big player and the wholesaler was licensed .. but wholesaling is really really tough right now and these guys went from selling 20 plus properties a month to out of business. there simply is not that many distressed deals anymore in FLA... not that you cant stumble on to them.. but I have a hard time thinking anyone who does not have significant capital to pay for marketing  and proper licensing is going to be able to do anything.. its a major wives tale that wholesaling is easy and can be done with no money.. just aint so.
