Hi all. My name is Melinda Fulmer and I write for MSN Real Estate. I've been assigned a story about what to consider before you lease out your house to someone else in order to hold onto it when times get tough. Does anyone have any stories to tell/words of caution/etc. for people considering this? I'm trying to get some more voices in my story. Please send me a message, including information about how I can get in touch with you in the next day or so.

Thanks,
Melinda Fulmer
