If I evict someone, what keeps them from renting again in a good neighborhood if they opt not to use me as a reference or are dishonest about being evicted?

We truly believe that those guys are one of the most dishonest groups in Memphis and will do/say just about anything to sell property  You’ll see them post all over BP and online but Crestcore is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and down right dishonest.

I just felt like I was not dealing with someone who was being dishonest, and when my dad, who knew some things by just looking at the property, I was told the real truth.

If their dishonest that’s will take them down.

I would definitely be able to borrow 10% from a family or friend, but I wouldn't want to be dishonest about it, so I will see if any lenders are OK with that.
