However, I'm big on systems and processes so it makes me uncomfortable to change things up and not do an application!

Hello Ignatius,The platforms you mentioned work great but would likely require you to build out systems and processes for a sales and/or marketing business. 

Is the Milwaukee Public School system something to avoid? 

I was curious on any insight on the best system that you all have found for your short term rentals?

They are putting us on a different type of lead generation system and hopefully this generates quality motivated seller leads.

For me it's that simple but I'm sure folks with more properties or properties in different areas have better systems than I do!

All my systems work together so my owning has higher returns the more I expand my co-hosting as I am vertically scaling. 

I know the basics of wholesaling but I value the companies lead system more then anything.
