DFW has so many different areas and neighborhoods, all of them are unique. 

I don't want to rush anything so learning what kind of time table I should expect.

I would just BRRRR by yourself or with one other person that you trust that has the same passion and can bring something to the table.

If we can agree that 'knowledge' is an asset (an intangible asset) then there may be some common ground in the view that those with unique knowledge that is in low supply but high demand get paid more for their knowledge than those with common knowledge that can be obtained anywhere or from anyone for free. 

I would recommend negotiating performance-based bonuses rather than commissions, ensuring that their focus aligns with your revenue strategy.Given that you are looking to expand your property with an in-house store and unique theme, a property manager focused on tailored guest experiences rather than just bookings would be more beneficial.

Now that BP has somehow determined #1 status for some members it might be fun to do a weekly podcast with the #1s in a round table. 

Given that this deal was unique due to the inheritance, there wasn’t a traditional negotiation process involved.

Each deal is going to have its own unique pluses and minuses, and in reality it is all about risk and reward.  

I would work with an experienced agent where good negotiating skills were table stakes and that's their value proposition (they do it all day, every day).
