Are you planning to run the facility or would you continue leasing it to the current operator?

Like you mentioned, you can even use it for Assisted living facilities (ALF) but an officer ( I think Fire marshall dept) will need to inspect and provide Certificate of occupancy. 

At first, they said they would move to live with their children, then they said they would move to a mobile home, yesterday, they were crying to my property manager, they want to stay 2 more days until some government facility would take them.

Some are very specialized, like WPG (malls in B & C cities) or NXRT (apartments in B and C neighborhoods) or REITs that are self-storage facilities, medical tenants, or cloud data centers. 

The tenant stated that he did not have a ss# (which was not true because he is in bk now with one)  He stated that he had just arrived in the Country a few months ago as a rep for a furniture company in Denmark to furnish the new Mercedes Benz HQ in Atlanta and also the We Work facilities. 

In layman’s terms, it means direct ownership in a piece of physical real estate, such as land, an office building, apartments or self-storage facilities, with the intent of making a profit.

These items could be mortgages covering the entire development that should have been released as to individual lots upon their sale, judgment liens, assessments for water/sewer facilities, more.

And there are also property managers for self storage facilities, retail, office buildings, etc.

Have you considered an FHA loan, or other facility that requires a lower down payment?  

Seems like there's a couple new distribution facilities going up along 101 there every year.
