Hi Sudhir, I've heard this over and over from investors, that PM solutions are great.

They do an initial assessment of the problem, run through common solutions, etc, to get info about the repair.

@Tyler McDonald - we may have found a compromise solution, i spoke with folks across the street who already have an event hall.

It "works" in Canada, and once you pick a market and learn more about it, you will find solutions and be successful too!

The title company mentioned a possible easement as a solution?

Reminds me of an attorney I knew who thought the solution was to have an executed warranty deed held by himself UNRECORDED.  

So there - I don't think helocs are a long term solution, but until we get to the point that rates are sufficiently low, we can use them to get equity from homes and continue to grow our portfolio.
