I really wanted to learn about real estate and I saw Instagram page ad and signed up here.

I actually started flipping properties and then transitioned to wholesaling because it was the best-suited model for scalability for me.

It was originally bought to be lived in the on the top floor while renting out the in law suite.

There's actually a pretty cool reason behind the name that I made an Instagram reel telling. 

They could file a fair housing suit against you claiming that you did not accept them because they were white, or Jewish, or they had kids, or didnt' have kids or they were Canadian.

If you're choosing between such a wide variety of available investments, the most important criteria is choose the type of investment that suits your business goals.

If you are just in it for the ROI, the stock market is clearly better.I don't think people have a passion to drop tens of thousands to rent an ugly house out that you didn't build or suite your taste, and will never live in to a stranger that you never met.

@Miranda YanezIf it’s second position you will be better suited to find an equity partner than a lender as most lenders do not like to be in 2nd position

It was purchased from a local wholesaler, then repaired/reno'd, from a single family to a single family with a legal suite.

I've Googled this at length, but I find the information I come across very suspect and doubt that it's best suited for the REI community.
