New Beginner Investor

Hello Everyone, 

I'd like to introduce myself, my name is David I live in Vancouver Canada. I'm fairly new to investing, finished my first project last November in Edmonton Alberta, Canada and currently in the refi stage. 

I would add this to my profile but only allows for US areas. 

It was purchased from a local wholesaler, then repaired/reno'd, from a single family to a single family with a legal suite. I'm on here to learn more about wholesaling properties and raising private capital/private lending for scaling and further deals.
