Anyone out there running a successful short term rental in the area?

Unfortunately/fortunately, my clients and I have both been a position where we were armed with tenant reported violations only and acted accordingly and successfully. 

Meeting critical dates is the key to nailing a successful closing.

My husband and I purchased our first Costa Rica property last year and were advised by our agent that in almost 6 years of working in that market he had only ever seen 1 American Couple successfully obtain a mortgage in Costa Rica and it was from Scotia Bank.

I also noticed there seems to be an ocean of interviews on YouTube with men and women in their early 20s, talking about their success in rental properties, along with how many 'doors' they own.

Indeed, you can get higher returns than that in the stock market at the click of a mouse and, when investing internationally, you'd typically want a higher return than you can get domestically or in the stock market, unless you're mainly looking for diversification or parking your money.On another unrelated note, I love your latest podcast episode.
