Hey everyone,One of my best friends is an active duty Marine Corps officer and is a live and flip investor curently stationed in Santa Barbara, CA. 

That was about a month ago and since then I've been studying and listening to the bigger pockets podcast (just finished episode 70; side note Grant Kemp has a good thing going).I'm from the Northern VA area and I was stationed there about 8 years ago. 

We are currently stationed overseas and this will give us a good opportunity to learn about the process.

Get several of the tomcat poison stations they are safe for kids and pets but mice can go in the little maze and eat it .

I regret not starting my REI journey earlier while I was still active duty.I absolutely recommend getting started soon.Let me ask you; Do you want to remain where you are currently stationed?

Also Bob when we were shopping for a note servicing company for a performing note product.. we found that many servicers were stationed in Washington.. we ended up with zimple money..
