We always see the gold, but never the work that is needed to create that spectacular ring and shine.

LOLI just can't see how folks that want in this business just can really do it without license's you need that contact with other RE professionals you NEED to be able to list on MLS to get top dollar.. and the networking is spectacular.

I found a spectacular private golf course, Redwood Empire golf and country club and the best part is the cost!

Just like any other endeavor there are individuals who succeed wildly, some who fail spectacularly, and the majority who perform somewhere in the middle.
