Also, we get spammed with 100+ emails a day so pick up the phone or text.

My intuition tells me this is Zillow spamming LLs to get us to use there online application.  

@Maya GorskiA few things that come to mind include:We get sooo many spam calls from out-of-state that many Realtors I know don’t answer unknown callers. 

I am getting spammed to high heaven from every nitwit wholesaler who ever heard of Columbus Ohio. 

I have been researching for some time, but I probably have more questions than answers still, so I wanted to make the introduction before I start spamming questions all over this site.

This is compounded by the fact that carriers are now getting very good at filtering spam texts. 

I get really pissed about how much SMS/recorded spam I get, which is completely illegal, but I have never turned anyone in even though it would be easy to do.Also the licensing thing was a real estate license.

Guess which lenders are ALREADY spamming my inbox boasting of their willingness to do bare minimum standard mortgages for people just 3 months out of forbearance? 

A lot of times the people that spam lowball offers around are the same people that don’t actually close on deals.

They have been spamming my cell number for weeks now and I'm trying to find out how to opt out.
