I have a very odd situation:I basically bought a house for a friend of mine about a year ago and gave him a 5% interest only loan for the entire purchase/closing/renovation costs.Both he and I would like him to get more permanent financing.But, he does not have a social security number. 

GC has a lower cost of capital relative to the average syndicator due to his social media presence.

This might be a tough one because unfortunately lot of these social workers already have connections with other assisted living facilities and they rarely ever refer a good client. 

Sidebar, you usually don't have a Social Security savings with typical rental losses.

Be very social media friendly, place a freeway sign and self manage.

Bona Fide service dogs are very well trained not only to provie tasks to assist a person with a disability,  they also receive obedience traning and are well socialized.

I'm operating from a distance and in person meetings with prospective tenants won't be possible.I'm not sure that "age of social media profile" would indirectly fall under a protected class (such as age)?
