You don't read much on this kind of strategy because (a) it's what many well performing investors are doing now, today, and why would they broadcast to create competition.

And near to 0 of the ones I work with ever thought of, marketed, broadcasted or ever said anything too seller financing before I brought it up and, they like it, it's workable. 

Be strategic of course.Beyond that consider transportation, power, financing, broadcasting, health and fitness, land use, hospitality, advertising, and storage ideas.
