We have already claimed success in planting the seed and turned it over to God, now it is up to us to water the seed and let the magic work!

I am looking to connect with others and soak up as much information as possible.

Soak in everything from BP forums and podcasts and find good local people to network with - local REIAs and @Al Williamson's meetup are great places to start.

Until then I will continue to soak up all the great information from the incredible resources that the Bigger Pockets site provides!

keep learning and keep saving. get your finances in line before even thinking about making any drastic moves. this is the time where you soak in as much information as possible. for an FHA 203k, you will need a minimum 3.5% down payment PLUS closing costs which can amount up to 6%.
