Getting started in Central Florida

Hello everyone!

I'm a 23-year-old just getting started in the Central Florida area (focused in Lakeland, but interested in Tampa / Orlando areas as well) and wanted to introduce myself and start making some connections. I've been barreling through the 130+ podcast episodes (I think I'm addicted) and soaking up as much info as I can from the site. Multi-family buy-and-hold is where I'd like to get started, with the potential for flipping and wholesaling in the future as I find good deals.

Please reach out to me if you're in the area or have any advice.. every bit is appreciated. I look forward to discussing the beauty of REI with all of you!

Cheers,

Alex Oak
